At the awards gala, we also announced the 17 employers who went above and beyond the minimum award criteria to achieve the Business on Board with Childcare! Navigator Award. The keynote speaker for the event was Richard Adams, Chariman and CEO of United Bank and an emeritus member of the West Virginia KIDS COUNT Fund Board of Directors and former Board Chairman.
